Lauterbach & Associates, LLC is proud to announce the appointment of VINTERO Corporation as its exclusive sales representative for the U. S. A. The President of VINTERO is Stephen J. de Lyra, a longtime tobacco industry salesperson. L&ALLC founder Dr. John H. Lauterbach states “we are very pleased with our association with VINTERO. Steve has a long and successful track record in the tobacco industry, and we are confident that the collaboration between L&ALLC and VINTERO will be a significant factor in bringing resources to the tobacco industry in the era of FDA regulation.”

Dr. Lauterbach is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology and certified in general toxicology. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Chartered Scientist, and a Chartered Chemist. Prior to starting L&ALLC in 2004, Dr. Lauterbach had been with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corporation for twenty-four years, where he held senior positions in Research & Development, including Director, Research Services, and Principal Scientist, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Lauterbach is a leading expert in the chemistry and toxicology of tobacco products and tobacco smoke. He is author or coauthor of over a dozen journal articles and more than sixty presentations on tobacco-related scientific matters. He is on the Advisory Board of Beiträge zur Tabakforschung International, an international journal dealing with tobacco science. L&ALLC offers assistance to companies, associations, and individuals in the tobacco industry who need help with understanding and complying with FDA and other governmental regulations dealing with the design, manufacture, and testing of tobacco products. L&ALLC is a corporate member of CORESTA (Cooperation Centre for Scientific Research relative to Tobacco) and the US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO Technical Committee 126 on Tobacco and Tobacco Products.
